Referral Program
How referrals work
Every active FreshCrate subscriber has a unique referral link under Account → Refer a Friend. When a new customer signs up through your link and receives their first box, you both get a credit applied automatically to your accounts.
Referral rewards
You earn a $20 account credit for each friend who completes their first box, and your friend gets $20 off their first order. Credits are applied automatically to your next weekly charge and never expire while your account is active.
Limits and eligibility
Referral credits are for new customers only — a friend who has had a FreshCrate account before isn't eligible. There's no limit to how many friends you can refer, but credits can't be redeemed for cash or transferred between accounts.
Where to see your credits
Track pending and earned referral credits under Account → Refer a Friend. Earned credits also appear in your billing history and are applied before your card is charged each week.
