Changing Your Plan
Plan sizes
FreshCrate offers 2, 3, and 4 meals per week. Your weekly price depends on the number of meals in your plan. You can see current pricing for each plan on the Plans page before you switch.
Switching your plan size
Change your plan any time from Account → Plan. Switching the number of meals takes effect from your next unlocked box — the Wednesday 11:59pm weekly cutoff applies, so changes made after the cutoff start the following week.
How billing changes when you switch
When you change plans, the new price applies to the first box that ships on the new plan. You're never charged a fee to switch, and switching up or down doesn't reset your delivery day or preferences.
Dietary preference vs. plan
Changing your dietary track (Standard, Gluten-Free, Vegetarian or Dairy-Free) is separate from changing your plan size. You can switch track without changing how many meals you get, and it's free - see the menu and dietary tracks article.
