Delivery Areas & Shipping
Where FreshCrate delivers
FreshCrate delivers to most addresses in the contiguous United States. We don't currently deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, or PO boxes.
Shipping is included
Delivery is included in your subscription, so there's no separate shipping fee. The price of your plan covers your weekly box arriving at your door, and the amount doesn't change with plan size or where in the contiguous US you live.
Delivery windows
Boxes arrive between 8am and 8pm on your delivery day. We don't offer guaranteed narrow time windows or live carrier tracking, but we email you a notification when your box ships so you know it's on the way.
Address changes and coverage
If you move, update your address under Account → Delivery Settings before the Wednesday cutoff. If your new address is outside our delivery area, we'll let you know and can pause your subscription until coverage is available.
