Cancellation Policy
How to cancel
You can cancel your subscription any time from Account → Subscription → Cancel. Cancellation is immediate for future boxes — there are no cancellation fees and no minimum commitment. If you only want to skip a few weeks, pausing is usually a better fit than cancelling.
What happens to your current box
Cancelling stops all future boxes, but any box that has already passed the Wednesday 11:59pm weekly cutoff will still be delivered and charged, because it's already been packed. Boxes that haven't locked yet are cancelled and not charged.
Reactivating after cancelling
Cancelled accounts can be reactivated at any time from Account → Subscription → Reactivate. Your saved preferences and delivery address are kept for 12 months after cancellation. After 12 months you may need to set up your plan again.
Cancel vs. pause
If you're going away or just want a break, pause instead of cancelling — pausing keeps your plan and preferences and resumes automatically. Cancel if you don't plan to return soon.
